Testing

==============

The Bass Hill Repeater Group will be hosting an in-person exam session on January 29th at 3 PM at the Farmington Public Library.

I have contacted the ARRL VEC, and they have assured me that we will receive the exam materials on time despite our somewhat late registration. Paul Gooch and Bill Mann will complete our necessary 3-person VE team. If you are or know of any other VEs who would like to assist with our session, please let me know. It would be nice to have some backup if one of us cannot attend.

I have registered our testing session with the ARRL. I don't know when it will be published on their website or if it will be posted on the Maine section's website because of the timing of our registration. We are not accepting walk-ins unless they contact me at marshall dot gt at gmail dot com [email protected]. Feel free to distribute this information.

We will require masks for all attendees, with no exceptions. I will try to have some extra surgical masks on hand if someone forgets.

The following is a link to the ARRL explaining what you need to bring to an exam session if you are sitting for an exam:

Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
